The Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Specialty Programs are creating a TAY “Garden” called “HOPE BLOOMS” to promote May Mental Health Month. Download the raindrop template and write down what gives you hope. These “showers of hope” make the May Mental Health flowers bloom!
Once you have written down what gives you hope, interoffice mail them back to Natalie Fagan or scan and email the raindrop to Natalie.Fagan@dbh.sbcounty.gov by May 17. All raindrops of hope will be added to the TAY Garden in the Hollywood Room at the TAY Center.
