It's September! 🎉 Join us all-month long as we celebrate National Recovery Month, National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15-Oct. 15)! Plus, National Women's Health & Fitness Day is Sept. 28.

Recovery Month celebrates the journey toward recovery and promotes understanding of substance use disorders. You’re encouraged to wear purple throughout the month and to participate in exciting special events.

Suicide Prevention Month is a time to share resources and stories in an effort to shed light on this important topic and the need for comprehensive approaches to prevention, early intervention, treatment, and postvention.

For Hispanic Heritage Month, San Bernardino County honors the vast contributions of the Latinx community, the importance of increasing behavioral health awareness, and reducing stigma and barriers to care by providing culturally appropriate services.

Women’s Health and Fitness Day focuses attention on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women, including behavioral health.
