Did you know that all current Public Relations and Outreach approved collateral materials, such as brochures and flyers, should always be accessed from the resources webpage on the DBH website?
 
Since phone numbers and addresses change, this page was designed as a centralized library of the most up-to-date materials.
 
Please do not save collateral materials or forms to your desktop or share drive. Instead, bookmark/visit this webpage any time you need to email or print materials for your clinic and/or outreach events. Please do the same for formal documents, such as letterhead, which can be found on the intranet. This will help ensure the correct information is being distributed and expired forms are not being used in error.
 
We also ask that you take a moment to ensure the correct collateral materials are being distributed at your locations. Please discard any old flyers you may have in circulation and/or delete any collateral material files you have saved.
