Dr. Kelly, It's been my pleasure to have worked with you these past 13 years. You are truly going to be missed by many. When we least expect it, our lives change in a heartbeat. I am sure you never expected to return to OC to become the MH Director, basically in your back yard. But life happens for a reason...You now have the opportunity to be closer to family, as time passes so quickly and before we know it, 5-10-15 years pass and we wonders where has the time gone. You will always be remember for all you have done for DBH, especially for the passion and commitment to grow and implement the SUDRS program. Dr. Kelly, I wish you success in the next chapter of your career. Thank you for always support me and advocating for Patients' Rights. May God Bless you and your family today always. I remember when I first met you... it was your second or third day here at DBH, we were both entering through the back of "BHRC" and we struck up a conversation. I knew then, you were one I'd enjoy working with, and I absolutely have! Some of our sideline chats were some of my FAVORITES! Your open and approachable demeanor was always motivating and inspiring. Through your career here with DBH I always admired your way of engaging an audience. Thank you for teaching me along the way of my career, Dr. Kelley. Best wishes on your new adventure.
