three ways to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness! ​

1. Think Pink - Pink is the color of breast cancer awareness. To spread awareness and show your support for those impacted by breast cancer, staff may wear a pink clothing item paired with jeans, as appropriate, on Wed., Oct 20.
2. Office Decorating Contest - Whether you have a cubicle, door, or whole hallway, spread awareness with your pink decorating skills Oct.18- 21!
3. Donate blood - Did you know many cancer patients need blood transfusions? Support your local community by scheduling an appointment to donate blood Oct.18-21. Get a free pair of breast cancer awareness socks when you donate at a LifeStream Blood Bank Donor Center.

• Eligible participants will be entered into a random drawing to win a prize.  All entries must be submitted by Thurs., Oct. 21 at 11 a.m.
• Each individual employee member must submit a form below to be entered into the drawing
• One entry per item, per person. (Ex. 1 entry for Think Pink, 1 entry for Office Decorating Contest and 1 entry for Donating Blood per person)
• Eligible employees in regular positions may donate blood during work hours in accordance with your MOU. Supervisor approval is required. Employees may also donate after work hours.
