2022 Behavioral Health Commission Officers

​As we continue to provide behavioral health services to county residents, DBH and the San Bernardino County Behavioral Health Commission (BHC) are proud to announce the Behavioral Health Commission Officers for 2022:

• Chair – Dr. Monica Caffey, Fourth District
• Vice Chair – Gil Navarro, Fifth District
• Secretary – Jennifer Spence-Carpenter, Fourth District
• Treasurer – Lorrie Denson, First District

 
The BHC works to champion a progressive system of seamless, accessible and effective services that advances prevention, intervention, recovery and resiliency for individuals, families and communities. This system includes DBH, contract agencies, private providers, community and faith-based organizations, consumer support and education groups, and other health organizations in an integrated matrix.
